SUBJECT: The Office of Economic Development of the City of Marion, Arkansas requests public response to a proposed Recreational Park Plaza near the Hwy 77 corridor of Marion, Arkansas.

Would you, as a citizen, residing in the bounded limits of the City of Marion, Arkansas be interested in the planning and development of a Recreational Park Plaza, for the use and recreation by the general public?
Would knowing the project would NOT increase community taxes, levies, or fees to local landowners have a positive impact on your response to the above question?
Would you, as a citizen, residing in the bounded limits of the City of Marion, Arkansas be in favor of the establishment of an Historic District, to be developed in the general downtown area of the city?
Would knowing that the establishment of such an Historic District would have no effect on the property owners’ taxes, levies, or fees; nor any effect on the property owner’s ability to maintain or manages their real property, have a positive impact on the above question?
Would you be in favor of the creation of a Recreational Park Plaza and/or a Historic District in the downtown area of the City of Marion under the conditions that no increase in taxes, levies, or fees be incurred; and that no effect on the individual property owner’s ability to manage and maintain their real properties be applied?
